REFUND POLICY

Flowerlove Journeys strives to provide thoughtfully curated products and experiences. Please review our Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Due to the nature of our offerings, all sales are considered final except where noted below.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital products, including but not limited to:

  • travel e-guides

  • masterclasses

  • downloadable content

are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Because digital content is accessible immediately upon purchase, refunds cannot be issued.

SEASONAL CANDLES & LIMITED RELEASE ITEMS

Seasonal candles and limited-release products are produced in small, curated quantities.

For this reason:

  • All seasonal candles are final sale

  • No refunds or exchanges are offered unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

If your candle arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (LIFESTYLE & MERCH)

For non-seasonal physical products (including apparel, accessories, and home items):

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Approved returns are eligible for store credit only, unless otherwise stated

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Some items, including print-on-demand products and drop-shipped items, may not be eligible for return. Eligibility will be noted on the product page when applicable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is:

  • damaged

  • defective

  • incorrect

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your business email] with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the item and packaging

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds or credits will be issued as:

  • store credit, or

  • a refund to the original payment method (when applicable)

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.

NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • digital products

  • seasonal or limited-release items

  • incorrect address provided by the customer

  • delays caused by shipping carriers

  • normal variations in product appearance
