Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. Processing times may vary during seasonal launches, limited releases, or high-volume periods.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES
Flowerlove Journeys ships within the United States. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

SHIPPING RATES

SPLIT SHIPMENTS
If your order includes multiple items, products may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment location. You will receive tracking information for each shipment when applicable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Flowerlove Journeys does not offer international shipping. We are continually evaluating options to expand availability in the future.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please ensure all shipping information is accurate at checkout. Flowerlove Journeys is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Flowerlove Journeys is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

LIMITED RELEASE & SEASONAL ITEMS
