With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, including hotels, cruises, reservations, and guest services, she has developed a deep understanding of what transforms a stay into a memorable experience.
Her work is inspired by the small details that leave lasting impressions: a thoughtfully placed gift, the comfort of a beautifully prepared room, or a moment that feels intentionally created just for you.
Through the Elevated Journeys Blog, Flower shares destination guides, plush living inspiration, and curated reviews using her signature Vibe Certification system, an approach that evaluates spaces based on design, atmosphere, comfort, service, and emotional experience.
